Extracurricular activities at Sexey's School
During the day and between four and eight PM on Monday to Friday our school staff put on a range of extracurricular activities for both day and boarding students.
Some of these are designed to provide academic support to students who need a bit of help in organization of their work or getting their homework done, such as S3 Homework Club (a mixture of support and games aimed at improving literacy and numeracy) or GCSE and A Level support.
Others are to stretch and support the Gifted and Talented students in the school or to allow students with a particular interest to explore things further.
We also encourage and support students with a particular interest to start their own clubs and activities.
Please note: As we return to school following lockdown for the coronovirus outbreak, we have taken the precautionary measure to suspend extracurricular activities and school clubs until the October half term. We hope to reinstate these as soon as possible and are constantly reviewing the situation in light of government advice.
