The information requested in this form is intended to help in the School's dealings with the pupil, and correspondence with parents. The information will be held on computer, but will be treated in strict confidence.

  • Parent/Carer details - Main Address

    1. Parents living abroad must nominate a guardian living in the UK with whom the pupil would normally spend exeat weekends. 2. It is helpful to know the rank of members of HM forces, although this will not be used in correspondence to a private address for security reasons.
  • Name & address of parents with whom the pupil normally resides. Please note that the parents will receive all reports, accounts and notices (unless ticked in the Second Address box).
