Bruton Community Fireworks Night Returns on Friday 6 November
We are delighted to welcome the community back to Bruton Community Fireworks Night on Friday 6 November 2026, at Elm Field, Sexey’s School. The fireworks display will begin at 6.30pm, with an evening of family-friendly entertainment, delicious food and spectacular fireworks, all raising valuable funds to support our local schools.
The event is made possible thanks to the generous support of our sponsors, West End Garage and Mendip Fireplaces, alongside supporting partners BForder Homes, Lodestone Property, Turner Windows of Somerton Ltd, and Volta Electrical. We are incredibly grateful to all our sponsors and partners for their continued support in helping bring this much-loved community event to life.
There will be plenty to enjoy throughout the evening, with a tempting choice of food and refreshments, including wood-fired pizza, smash burgers and hot dogs, hot and cold drinks, sweet treats and ice cream. The Bruton Primary School PSA will also be hosting a tombola for families to enjoy.
Early bird tickets are now on sale, with prices held at the same level for the third consecutive year. Tickets can be purchased from Sexey’s School Reception during school opening hours, with cash and card payments accepted, or from the Premier Store on Bruton High Street (cash only).
Ticket prices are:
- Adults (16+): £9
- Children: £5
- Family ticket (two adults and up to three children): £25
- Children under three: Free
To ensure a safe and enjoyable evening for everyone, the event is alcohol-free and sparkler-free, and dogs are not permitted. The fireworks display will last approximately 10–12 minutes. Local residents are encouraged to share this information, particularly with pet owners, so they can make any necessary arrangements.
Parking is limited on-site so visitors are encouraged to walk to the event wherever possible.
We look forward to welcoming families and friends from across Bruton and the surrounding area for another fantastic evening of community spirit, entertainment and fundraising in support of our local schools.
