This book is all about making friends as you move into secondary school. Lottie Brooks gets advice from her next door neighbor Liv on how to start school. Things didn’t start well until she met her best friend for life, as they say. Things are tough for Lottie as she tries to stay in contact with her best friend who moves away. Will she come back to Lottie?

National story telling week January 30th – February 7th
Year 12 students Declan and Issy gave up their afternoon February 7th to read to some of year 7 in their English lessons with the added treat or milk and cookies.
Using a story dice to help us choose the tales they regaled Roald Dahl’s ‘Revolting Rhymes’ with such great humor and horror.
A massive thank you to Declan and Izzy.
Now as spring is approaching, we are looking forward to World book Day. Thursday March 7th will be our day to dress up as our favourite book characters.
Book tokens have arrived already and will go out to tutors for half term!
We ask students to start thinking about their costumes now. Don’t be left out.
