We have an unrelenting commitment to be exceptional in all that we do

We are looking for an inspirational Speech and Drama Specialist who will promote and encourage drama throughout the school, support drama performances and school productions and teach students on one-to-one, pair and group basis.  Drama is a popular subject at Sexey’s with a full pass rate at exam and high numbers of students achieving a merit or distinction. Hours of work are dependent upon take up of lessons by students but is likely to be approximately three days per week to start with.  Previous experience of teaching drama to 11 to 18 year olds and teaching the full ability range is essential.  Rate of pay: £21.50 per hour.

Our students are a delight to work with: they are articulate, hardworking, well-motivated and display our 7 core values in the way that they treat each other. We pride ourselves on our positive staff/student relationships.  Sexey’s School has a strong team of staff who are caring, supportive and working with a ‘determination to be exceptional in all that we do’.

In return, we offer excellent CPD opportunities, a supportive staff body and the opportunity to work in a high performing State Boarding School.
