Safeguarding Administration Officer


We are looking for a dynamic, committed and highly organised administrator with the skills, knowledge and experience required to provide outstanding administration support to the Safeguarding team at Sexey’s School.  This role will include management of case files, report generation, administration for care plans and risk assessments and the attendance and minute taking of meetings and child protection conferences

The successful candidate will be a highly experienced administrator with a good level of knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, together with experience of working with a variety of agencies outside of education. The successful candidate must have the ability to work confidentially and handle sensitive information. Ideally you will have worked either in the care sector as an administration officer for safeguarding or in an educational setting with responsibility for multi-agency liaison and safeguarding. Empathy, enthusiasm and a positive, can-do attitude are also essential characteristics for this post.

Hours: 25 hours per week, term time only (36 working weeks) to work Monday-Friday.

Actual Salary: £11,950-£13,726 per annum based on Grade 12 Points 12-19 full-time equivalent salary range £22,571 – £25,927 per annum.
