We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible and reliable person to supervise our Reflection Room. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and time management skills and the ability to work and communicate effectively with young people.  You will provide a calm and quiet atmosphere in the Reflection Room so students can take time to reflect, deescalate and reset following an exit from class. Maintain consistent expectations and routines within the Reflection Room.

The post is for 37 hours per week Monday – Friday term-time only.  However, applications for a job share will be considered.
