Are you a highly organised individual with excellent administrative skills wishing to join a dedicated and supportive team?

We are seeking to appoint an organised, approachable and dedicated Personal Assistant to the Headteacher. This is a varied and busy role and will require the post holder to have sound organisational skills and be a confident communicator. The successful candidate will be proactive to ensure the Headteachers daily tasks run efficiently and effectively. Your duties will include providing a confidential and personal secretarial service to the Headteacher including word processing, minute taking, photocopying, filing and dissemination of documents and upkeep of diary.

Grade 12 Points 12 – 19 on the Somerset Pay Spine. Actual Salary £22,022 – £24,845 based on full-time equivalent salary of £26,394 – £29,777

Term time only plus 3 weeks (38 working weeks)

Permanent

Full-time 37 hours per week
