We are seeking to appoint an Early Intervention and Family Support Worker to to join our highly committed team in contributing to the pastoral care of all students. Reporting to the Pastoral Support Manager, you will facilitate and deliver early help at school level including supporting students struggling with attendance and engagement in learning. You will also take on the role of Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. Therefore, you should be highly experienced in working with young people, dealing with external agencies & key stakeholders and an effective administrator. However, more importantly, you will show empathy, resilience and a positive, flexible approach.

The post is for 20 hours per week during term-time, plus one week of the holidays for planning and supporting students returning to school in August. Some flexibility of working hours may be required.
