Chef
Responsible for the preparation of food, cooking of high quality meals and some baking, the successful candidate will have experience of food preparation in a high production food setting and a good awareness of food hygiene and health and safety requirements. An NVQ 2 or equivalent in professional cookery would be an advantage but not essential.
The hours will be 30 hours per week including a 1 in 3 weekend shift and rota to work 1 evening per week. Mainly Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7am-1.30pm /Wednesday 12.30pm – 7.30pm/Friday 7.30am-1.30pm
Grade 15 Points 3-4, Actual salary £17,100 – £17,370 per annum based on full-time equivalent salary of £24,020 – £24,400
Part time 30 hours per week, Term time only plus five weeks (40 working weeks)
Required to start ASAP
