All years have played competitive Netball in various competitions this term.

Year 7 had their first season and made improvements in every game; we hope this this will continue to grow in the coming years and they will have a solid squad.

Year 8 had an excellent season and made it through to the League finals held at Westfield on Tuesday 28^th March. Students played well against their opponents and narrowly missed out on a win against Preston. Thank you to Miss Pascoe for leading this team and the following students: Poppy D-P, Rosie M, Sylvie, Kitty C, Phoebe H, Vanessa, Millie P, Tilly T, Florrie W and Jessica P.

Year 9’s season has been a little quiet in term of league fixtures as some of them were cancelled due to the weather. Nevertheless, they have made it through to the finals which are due to take place on Thursday 30^th March. We have some well seasoned players on the team who have been to the finals previously and captain Amelia among others have been honing their skills in Netball clubs outside of school too.

Thank you to Amelia, Verity, Rosie, Anna, Martha, Amelie G, Amelie H, Udoka and Jemima.

Year 10 have been coached by Mrs Dyer this season and they too have made it to the finals on Thursday. They had wins against Bucklers Mead and Huish. With special thanks to the following players: Emma B, Ivy C, Honor(C), Esmeralda, Anna L, Teni, Scarlett, Heidi and Poppy S.

Year 11 played in a League Tournament earlier in the term, they came 5^th out of ten other teams on an exhausting but brilliant afternoon in February. With thanks to: Daisy H (C), Louisa G, Georgie, Daisy, Kyra, Bella, Tilly H, Emi P and Matilda A

Year 12 and 13 have had games against Gryphon (home and away) and Wells Cathedral and we are hoping to continue the season into the summer during their SFG time on Thursday afternoons. Both teams worked well together in applying tactics and skills into competitive game play. Huge thank you to the players: A; Tilly, Isabella, Daisy, Jasmine, Jessie (C), Abi and Scarlet K.B; Poppy A, Anna C, Rosie G (C), Tiffany, Alex E, Flo M and Emily D.
