World Book Day 2022
On World Book Day 2022 – Thursday 3rd March – our staff and students came to school dressed up as their favourite book character and enjoyed a day of book themed challenges. Prizes were given for the best costumes in each Year group and our fabulous librarian Mrs Brind designed a literary quiz for lunch time tutor. You can try your hand at the quiz here. She also created a ‘Hunt the Book Title’ challenge where students had to find book titles attached to various staff members’ lanyards.
More than 50 books were donated to the library and all money raised will go to ‘Read for Good’. Well done everyone!
A huge congratulations to all of our winners:
