
Once the offer of a place has been confirmed, parents/guardians will be asked to sign a Form of Agreement and submit a deposit, which will be set against the first term’s fees. This deposit is non-refundable in the event that the child does not take up the place accepted.
Fees
The termly fees for the academic year 2009/2010 are £2,525 for the first child and £2,475 for each subsequent child from the same family. These fees cover all boarding costs and costs associated with the running of the school.
A discount of £30 will be applied to each child’s account, provided payment in full is received on or before the first day of each term, but this discount is not applicable where fees are underwritten by an employer or paid by trust funds.
Payment of Fees
1. All fees are payable in advance before the commencement of each term to qualify for any discount. Other methods of payment are available. Contact the Business Manager for details.
2. Compound Interest will be charged on overdue accounts at 2% per month. Reminders will not normally be forwarded, and failure to settle the account within 30 days of the commencement of the new term may result in legal action being taken to recover the whole amount.
3. Should a parent or guardian fail to pay the fees the Governors reserve the right to refuse the return of a pupil to the school.
