Cost of School Trips and Activities

The cost of school trips, certain activities and travel etc., will be charged on the fees invoice a term in arrears. This activity account is payable at the same time as the fees. If paying by standing order or instalment payment, then please note condition 4 of the Payment by Standing Order/Instalment Payment Procedure. As these costs are levied in arrears each parent/guardian is asked to pay a deposit of £100, which will then be set against the final term’s costs, and the bill for that term will be submitted taking the deposit into account. Parents/guardians are asked to contact the Business Manager if they wish to limit the activities which their child may undertake.

 Cheques

Cheques should be made payable to “Sexey’s School”. Multiple invoices for siblings may be paid on one cheque.
